            Location:  Frontier Park (West 6th St. and Shawnee Dr.), Erie PA

~Expect a fun filled, challenging and refreshing workout!

Please Bring:

• A yoga mat or beach towel
• Small Dumbbells (#3 - #8 pound set suggested)
•  An Exercise Band (if you have one)
• Water
• FRIENDS, "The More the Merrier!"

*We will meet on the flat grassy area off West 6th street,(AKA top of the winter sled riding hill, west of the children's playground).  

*Bad Weather, possible cancellation:  I will notify via a FB post if this class is cancelled due to bad weather.

Join me between the vines at various local wineries and vineyards to enjoy an hour long session of Pilates followed by wine tasting paired with flavors from local eateries .
